Dampen around the dock.

Separate
three small sections of hair on either side.

3.
Begin
a three-strand braid with the smaller sections.

4.
Bring each new strand from behind the tail. |

Secure the end with a small rubber band.
|
9.
Sew through the end of the braid with a needle and yarn.
|
10.
Draw the braid into a loop by bringing the needle and yarn out at
about the fourth or fifth braid segment. Tie the yarn off in a square
knot and snip.
