Dear Rio
Vista,
I have
been very busy the past three months. My freshman year of college
in Vernon, Texas ended in May. Shortly there after I ran barrels
at a pro rodeo in Guymon, Oklahoma. I then showed my cutting
horse Oskar in a weekend cutting in Weatherford, Texas. From
there I went back home to Nevada, I ran barrels in the Reno
Rodeo, in which Rio Vista sponsored me. I then cam back to Texas,
and rode and showed cutting horses in the Summer Spectacular
in Ft. Worth, Texas and in the Steamboat Springs Cutting Classic
in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for three weeks. Lonny Allsup
let me show two of his horses, Tivios Hickory Gal and Clay's
Little Kit. I also helped Ascencion Banuelos. After the Colorado
show I returned to Lubbock, Texas.
I am going to rodeo on the Texas Tech Rodeo Team this year.
College starts August 28th, my first college rodeo will be at
Texas Tech. I plan to enter some barrel racing jackpots, and
roping to prepare for the college rodeo season. I am a Pre-Law
major with a minor in Spanish. I am really excited about my
sophomore year, and about representing Rio Vista throughout
the Southwest Region, in Intercollegiate Rodeo. I would like
to sincerely thank Rio Vista Products for their support and
for the use of their outstanding products!
Sincerely,
Miss Rio
